THE IN BETWEEN CONTAINER - starting 6 August
For women wondering where they went, if life is good, but joy still feels just out of reach, if you’re ready to reconnect with yourself, remember what joy feels like, experiment without pressure and become curious about life again
If you’ve been watching and listening, you might have seen I’ve been going through a transformation, a death and rebirth process. And I don’t mean that in a wanky transformational way. It’s been messy, raw, comforting, and a complete shifting of timelines for me.
I’ve had some massive awakenings about myself, some of which I’ve shared in the Facebook group, on Instagram and on Substack.
I keep coming back to trusting myself again. Trusting the woman outside of the mother archetype.
It’s been a process of remembering, experimenting, noticing and rebuilding trust in myself.
One thing I’ve realised is this:
This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering who you were before survival became your personality. That’s where The In Between was born.
I’m opening a small container called The In Between for six weeks, focused on gently finding your way back to yourself.
This is the first time I’m running this container, and I’d love to build it alongside a small group of women. I’ll also be walking this journey alongside you. I’m still doing the work too (I’ll always be doing the self work), the remembering, experimenting, noticing and rebuilding trust in myself.
For these six weeks, we’re going to become scientists of our own joy. We’re going to experiment with joy, observe, notice, keep what works and gently discard what doesn’t.
Throughout the six weeks, I’ll naturally weave together the tools and frameworks that have helped me most, including kinesiology, Human Design, nervous system regulation and other modalities, as they’re relevant to what we’re exploring together.
So what does it look like?
A Voxer container for us all to connect, share, ask questions and build community throughout the six weeks.
Fortnightly Zoom sessions where we’ll come together to share our experiences, what’s working, and our reflections.
Weekly guided meditations paired with journal prompts.
One complimentary Village Women’s Circle during the container.
The option to book additional 1:1 kinesiology sessions with me, either in person or via Zoom, if you feel called.
The commitment from you
If you are simply looking to consume information and only do the work a few days a week this container probably isn’t for you (I say that with love and respect for you and your money).
This container is one where you gently begin showing up for yourself again I’m not about perfection, it’s about creating curiosity.
Over the six weeks, I’ll ask you to:
Show up with an open mind.
Stay curious about yourself.
Journal daily (or use voice notes if writing feels too hard).
Be willing to experiment with creating joy / fun without pressure.
Notice what brings you joy, what doesn’t, and trust yourself enough to keep what works.
This isn’t about fixing yourself, it’s about remembering who you were before survival became your personality.
The finer details
Duration: 6 weeks, starting 6 August
Investment: $120
If you’ve been wondering where you went, if life is good, but joy still feels just out of reach, if you’re ready to reconnect with yourself, remember what joy feels like, experiment without pressure and become curious about life again…
Don’t overthink it. Lean the heck in. because what’s sitting on the other side of fear might just be the life you’ve been watching other women live while wondering how they got there.
