Frequently Asked Questions

  • Not at all.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before your session. Many women come feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected or simply knowing that something doesn’t feel quite right.

We use the session to explore what your body may be communicating and where support may be needed.

  • Kinesiology can be experienced during pregnancy and can be a beautiful support during this season of change.

Pregnancy brings huge physical, emotional and identity shifts, and sessions can support you in creating space to slow down, reconnect and explore any stress, emotions or patterns your body may be carrying.

As always, your comfort and wellbeing come first, and sessions are adapted to support you through each stage of pregnancy.

  • Yes. Kinesiology sessions are fully clothed.

You’ll relax on a massage table while I use muscle checking to work with your body’s responses and explore emotional, mental and energetic stressors.

  • Every session is unique because every person is different.

We’ll begin by discussing what’s been happening for you and what you’d like support with. From there, I’ll use muscle checking and a range of kinesiology tools to explore what your body may be holding onto.

This may include emotional stressors, subconscious patterns, nervous system responses, meridians, flower essences, chakra balancing and other supportive techniques.

My role isn’t to “fix” you — it’s to create a safe space where your body can begin moving towards balance.

  • I understand childcare isn’t always easy, especially as a mother.

Children are welcome to attend if needed, however I do recommend coming alone where possible so you have the space to fully relax, open up and receive the most from your session. Zoom sessions are a great option for this and I scheduled them outside of business hours.

If bringing your child is your only option, we can work with that.

  • Zoom sessions are available for women who prefer the flexibility of working from home.

These sessions allow us to connect from wherever you are while still creating a supportive space to explore emotional patterns, stress and what your body may be asking for.

  • Yes, Children experience emotions, stress and big life changes too — even when they don’t always have the words to explain what they’re feeling. I’ve worked with children from weeks old through to teen years.

Kinesiology sessions for children are gentle and supportive, creating a safe space to explore emotional wellbeing, nervous system responses, confidence, transitions and any areas where they may need extra support.

Still have questions or feel like this might be the support you’ve been looking for?

Sometimes we know we need support before we know exactly what we need. I’d love to create a space for you to explore what’s going on and whether kinesiology feels like the right fit.
