Hey, I’m Catherine.
I’m a mother, a kinesiology practitioner, and the founder of The Mother’s Village — a community created to support mothers through the beautiful, messy, challenging and transformative seasons of motherhood.
My own journey into motherhood changed the way I saw support.
Before becoming a mum, I supported women through emotional and nervous system work — but motherhood gave me a deeper understanding of what it truly means to feel exhausted, overwhelmed, overstimulated, touched out and unsure of who you are in this new version of yourself.
I believe mothers are incredibly powerful, but I also believe we were never meant to carry everything alone.
My work is about creating safe spaces — whether that’s through 1:1 kinesiology sessions or community connection — where women can come exactly as they are.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need a space where you feel supported.
Moment for her; women’s circles
The Women’s Circle is a space for women to step away from the noise of everyday life and spend two intentional hours reconnecting with themselves and each other. Across three monthly circles (run in September, October and November in Butler), we explore different themes through guided meditation, journalling, conversation, nourishment and gentle nervous system work. It’s an intimate space to be witnessed, reflect, create connection and remember that you are a woman beyond all the roles you carry every day.
