Kinesiology is a gentle, holistic approach that explores the connection between your body, emotions, nervous system and subconscious patterns. Our bodies hold onto experiences, stress and emotions — sometimes long after our mind has moved on. Through muscle checking, we can explore where your body may be holding stress and what support it may be asking for.

I work with women and children to create a safe space to slow down, reconnect and understand what may be happening beneath the surface. Whether you’re navigating motherhood, emotional overwhelm, stress, big life changes or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, kinesiology offers a space to listen to your body and support your wellbeing.
