I didn't realise how much I've been hurting. I wasn't sure what might come up today, but after a few more ah-hah moments- I feel like more and more is coming to the surface.
There have been other events lately that have caused some stress and pain- but all of which i have element of control over. With XXXX- i feel like i don't have control or the skills / ability to work through it on my own. I didnt realise that until today.
